An impartial post-mortem has revealed Andrew Brown – who was fatally shot by a sheriff’s deputy in North Carolina final week – died from a gunshot wound to the again of his head, his household legal professionals say .
Civil rights lawyer Ben Crump, who represents Brown’s household, said at a press conference that one of many bullets that hit Brown was “a shot behind the top.” Crump stated 4 extra bullets grazed Brown’s proper arm through the capturing.
Brown was killed by a Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Deputy in Elizabeth Metropolis, North Carolina on April 21. On the time of the capturing, sheriff’s deputies have been executing an arrest warrant towards Brown for drug crimes.
