Horror car-truck collision kills 3 in Kuwait

Three people died and five others were seriously injured in a horrific collision between a truck and two vehicles Tuesday night on Al Jahra Road in Kuwait.

The accident happened when the truck, which was carrying sand, collided with the two vehicles heading for Kuwait. Due to the impact of the collision, the truck overturned on one of the vehicles. The dead were two men and a girl.

Fire and rescue teams rushed to the scene immediately after the accident was reported. Police, firefighters and rescuers struggled to get the injured from severely crashed vehicles.

They were taken to Al Jahra Hospital and are in critical condition.
