The Columbus Ohio Police Division on Wednesday recognized Nicholas Reardon because the officer who discharged his gun on Tuesday, taking pictures and killing 16-year-old Mi’Khia Bryant.

Columbus Appearing Police Chief Michael Woods instructed a press convention Wednesday afternoon that Reardon joined the Columbus Police Division in December 2019.

Bodycam footage posted by the police confirmed Bryant strolling previous an officer whereas holding what police stated was a knife. Bryant was pronounced lifeless at a neighborhood hospital.
